Post Graduate Certification- Brian Cain Mental Performance Mastery Certification

WHY:

I was an athlete who went through struggles of being able to perform but still having a mental block in my performance. I also observe  that most  athletes struggle with their mental performance in their sport at some point. I want to assist  athletes in realizing that it is not always about how hard you train your body and how many reps you take. If you don’t train your mind, there will always be a gap which leads to struggles on the road to success.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Great athletes don’t just train their bodies, they train their minds

Learning to respond, not react is the key to staying locked in

Failure is feedback. Use it to grow

Confidence is trainable

Mindset drives performance

Confidence is built

How you think is how you play

Brain is most important muscle, train it daily

Focus is a choice, not a feeling

Mental toughness is the ability to stay present, not perfect

Mental performance coaching builds people first, players second
